Celebrating Independence: YNS Nurtures Talents and the Spirit of Youth in Teluk Bintuni

The Nusantara Sejati Foundation (YNS) actively participated in preparing for the celebration of the 78th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia by involving students from various sponsored schools in Teluk Bintuni Regency. Various competitions were held during this event, creating vibrant and spirited moments. YNS facilitators took part in guiding and empowering the participants, helping to sharpen their talents and potentials.

One of the highlights of the competitions was the reading of the Constitution (UUD), emphasizing the understanding of the foundation of the nation and the values of Pancasila. The event also showcased creativity and diversity, such as a fashion show competition with inspirational costumes, as well as a New Creative Dance to express cultural heritage in a fresh way. The Walking Competition underscored the importance of physical health within a spirit of togetherness.

There was also a unique competition, where participants had to run while holding a spoon containing marbles. This competition not only entertained but also taught about teamwork, coordination, and patience in facing unexpected challenges. With a sense of togetherness and fighting spirit, this Independence Day celebration commemorated the potential and talents of young children as the cornerstone of Indonesia’s future.
